Ivy is a classic crew neck cardigan. It features a pretty purl twist stitch pattern on the fronts while the back and sleeves are kept simple in stockinette. It is worked seamlessly from the top down with raglan shaping for the sleeves and gentle waist shaping for a flattering fit.

Stitches are cast on for the neck and the yoke is then worked flat and shaped with raglan increases. Stitches are set aside for the sleeves and the body is worked in one piece with shaping. The sleeve stitches are placed onto dpns and knit down in the round. Finally stitches are picked up to work the neck and button bands.
