Harbour
Inspired by traditional fisherman’s sweaters Harbour features bold cables, a broken rib texture pattern and a simple drop shoulder construction. The body is worked in the round to the underarms where it is split into front and back pieces which are worked flat to the shoulders. Stitches are picked up for the sleeves which are worked in the round from the top down. The left shoulder can be worked either with buttons (as shown) or without buttons (so that it is the same as the right shoulder). Sizes 3, 6 and 12 months should work a buttoned shoulder so that the neck opening will fit over the child’s head but sizes 1-10 years can choose either option. Both charted and written directions are provided for the cable pattern.
